About Me

More about my story

With a personal background in holistic health, I have a solid foundation in a variety of related meaning I can decipher between fact and fiction (think gimmicky headlines). talk schooling, pcos, parasites.

I grew up in a family that used holistic medicine to avoid going to a traditional doctor. Then I went to college to become a personal trainer so living a healthy lifestyle was always at the forefront of my mind.

However, it wasn’t until battling years of debilitating symptoms from being misdiagnosed with PCOS and a severe parasitic infection that I was forced to dig deep to get answers.

Working with my naturopath brought my health back but these circumstances led me to do a ton of research and I was blown away by the sheer amount of information I didn’t know about my own body – specifically how easily women’s hormones can be disrupted.

From the seed oils and processing of most foods (even the ones marketed to be healthy) to the amount of toxins in your standard cleaning and beauty products I

also caused me to do my own research opened my eyes to how many toxins we are exposed to daily, the imposters foods and cleaning and beauty products marketed to be healthy or clean, and the lifestyle factors that are combined to the root

toxins, foods marked as “healthy foods”, and poor lifestyle habits can be affecting – specifically hormones in women.

My love for weightlifting led me to study Kinesiology in college so I’ve always been interested in caring for my body through clean eating and exercise. I had scheduled my exam to become a certified personal trainer but COVID hit and my test was canceled.

However, things got much more serious when I suddenly gained 40 pounds in about a year without any significant changes in my lifestyle. I tried every method I had learned in school to lose weight with no results so I knew there had to be something else going on. Turns out I had both PCOS and a severe parasitic infection. have expanded my knowledge in the holistic health space, most specifically with hormone health.

I went to school for kinesiology I have continued to prioritize a healthy lifestyle when it. After being diagnosed
